Launching an AI-driven GTM system in 21 days
Challenge:
Tapply, a pre-revenue marketplace in the USA, had no defined sales process, unclear ICP, and weak positioning in a competitive space.
Methodology:
Conducted 2 workshops to define growth loops, ICP, and positioning. Created a GTM plan with 4 key workflows (outbound, LinkedIn, email, content repurposing). Deployed AI agent-based outreach using OpenAI, Make, Clay, Snov, and Notion. Delivered analytics dashboards to track funnel performance and validate results.
